Nature of Our Services
Cosmetic Safety Pro operates as a business-to-business (B2B) platform. All items and services sold through the Site are individually customised to the specifications you provide at the time of order. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that:
- You are transacting with us in a B2B capacity, not as a retail consumer;
- The goods and services provided are tailored specifically to your submitted requirements; and

Pricing
- All prices displayed on the Site are shown exclusive of VAT or applicable sales tax until you reach checkout, where the relevant rate will be added and confirmed before you complete your purchase.
- Prices are listed in pound sterling, euros, dollars and reflect cash pricing.
- Prices may be revised upward or downward at any time due to circumstances beyond our control, including changes to VAT or sales tax rates. The price displayed at the time you place your order is the price that will apply.
- Our pricing is set at wholesale, business-to-business rates. It is not intended for direct retail sale to the general public. All purchases are made on the understanding that they are subject to our B2B terms.
- Customers ordering from outside the UK are responsible for any VAT, import duties, or associated fees that may apply in their jurisdiction.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Because our goods and services are customised to each customer’s specifications, standard refund rights do not apply to customised items or to B2B services.
- If you believe an order was placed in error, please get in touch with us within one business day of placing the order so we can review the matter.
- We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable administrative fee from any refund issued outside our standard policy.
- Gift cards: Partially used gift cards are non-refundable. You have the right to cancel a gift card purchase within 14 days, provided the full balance remains unused. If you have any questions about a gift card before purchasing, please get in touch with us.

Delivery of Goods and Services
- Orders are delivered electronically, via secured files sent by Email.
- It is your responsibility to provide an email address that is actively monitored when placing an order or paying an invoice. Delays caused by an inactive or incorrectly entered email address are the customer’s responsibility.
